Thinking of Joining the Community?
We urge people thinking about joining our community to attend several meals and meetings,
meet residents, familiarize themselves with our community agreements, and spend some time asking questions before making any commitment.
Come and meet your potential neighbors at our regularly scheduled potlucks,
every Sunday at 6:00 pm at our Common House.
Call Vicky @ 801-908-0388.

How can I know if cohousing is right for me and my family?
- Arrange for a tour. Talk to residents. Come for a meal. Attend several community meetings. Read a book on cohousing. Join the international cohousing listserv, cohousing-L, and learn what's good and not-so-good about cohousing. Sometimes rentals are available; rent for six months and then decide.
- Learn more about cohousing in general at The Cohousing Association of the United States.
- What is the procedure to become a resident?
- We don't choose new residents; new residents choose us.
Would-be residents purchase or rent a unit.
