Wasatch Commons Cohousing is an intentional community of twenty-six clustered townhouses on 4.5 acres in the Glendale neighborhood of Salt Lake City, Utah. We are self-managed. Most residents own their homes; others rent. Several homes are federally assisted rent-to-own units for income-qualified households.
