THE ROMANIAN FIRMS'UNCAPITALIZATION IN THE INFLATION CONDITIONS

The inflation is an usual attendant of the economics process of tranzition.
The experience of the latin-american countries and also the experience of the
eastern Europe countries proved that the periods of large economic instability
are asocciated with inflation phenomenons which can degenerated in hyper or
mega inflation. In spite of some attempts of contestations of the negative efects
of the inflation, the history of the last century proves that the financial
fragility of an economy, express by inflation, generated deep dereglations to
the social and economic level.
The majority of the economics agents are recepted later the inflations shocks
and didn't adapt to it. These things are going to differences between firms,
but also between the society'persons.
In the situation of inflation not too much, some governments can supress the
economic process, but the price of the success is usually payed by the majority
of the consumers.
