STUDY ON RISK MANAGEMENT MODEL BY LIFE CYCLE OF A VENTURE BUSINESS ESTABLISHED BY AN ACADEMIC ENTREPRENEURS

This study looks into the effective management method for business risk of venture business, which are established by academic entrepreneurs based on the research results. In other words, the types of business risk at each phase of life cycle is recognized, and the effective ways to manage such risks is presented, for the venture business that are turning the research results, in the form of project, to practical use.

To achieve the objective of this study, an effective business risk management model is to be established. A comparative analysis will be conducted from the perspective of project management on the management process and management performance of the venture businesses that are established by the academic entrepreneurs.

This study will be conducted to achieve its research purpose, which is the establishment of effective business risk management model by the life cycle of venture business operated by the academic entrepreneurs.

This study will present an effective business risk management model by life cycle of venture business that are operated by the academic entrepreneurs, through a corroborative analysis.
